Right to Know Policy

NBCJMA is committed to transparency and will provide access to and duplication of existing records that qualify as public records under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, provided that disclosure is not restricted by any other applicable law.

Under Section 702 of the Right-to-Know Law, public agencies may respond to anonymous verbal or written requests. However, if the requestor wishes to exercise the rights and remedies provided by the law, the request must be submitted in writing.

Standard Right-to-Know Law Request Form

To request public records from NBCJMA under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, please complete the official Right-to-Know Request Form at this link and submit it to the Authority. All requests must be in writing to be processed.

The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) ensures public access to government records, promoting transparency and accountability. More information about the RTKL, including details on how requests are processed, exemptions, appeals, and additional resources, is available at:

Please note that, in most cases, a completed RTKL request form itself becomes a public record. If you have concerns about the confidentiality of certain information, we recommend reviewing the RTKL guidelines or contacting the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records for clarification.
